According to the Washington Post. This at a time when the President's own approval rating is hovering around 30% .

Until yesterday I didn't even know my calls were being tracked. Granted, Rove has been busy lately. But this still qualifies as a colossal failure of messaging. I get the feeling The White House has all sorts of other cool, secret spy stuff going on that the public would eat up.
