Idle threat of the week

In a decision that has sent shockwaves through Pyonyang and Tennessee, our panel of judges has awarded Justin Timberlake the Idle Threat of the Week for July 2nd to July 9th.

The former Mousekeeter and 'N Sync frontman took top honors by threatening to
change the sound of pop music.

This is the same Timberlake who once threatened to have you naked by the end of this song. A threat originally deemed to be idle and, God willing, a joke.

However, Timberlake had the last laugh, in front of about 90 million television viewers. Now there is no such thing as a "live" television event.

Still, I have to stand by the decision of the panel. We may eat crow on this one, but the sound of pop music is a little stale, so a change could be a good thing.

As always, nominations for Idle Threat of the Week are accepted on this space.
