I can't stop watching this, for some reason

Spike Jonze's much awaited adaptation of Maurice Sendek's children's classic Where The Wild Things Are has been bouncing around in production since 2006. The troubled project doesn't look like it will be in the theaters until next year, but this scene leaked on the Internet over the weekend. It's completely charming and other worldly -- although not in the industrial light and magic way you might expect from a film about giant monsters. The scene is not from the book, and there is some speculation it is actually just a screen test. If so they should release more screen tests.
