From the department of dead girls and live boys

If I was running a training program for political spokespeople, one of the first things I would teach my charges is to stay away from using language such as "he said/he said misunderstanding" when trying to spin why your boss, a 62-year old Republican Senator from Idaho and a grandfather of nine, has pled guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct stemming from a sting targeting airport bathroom lewdness.

During such a crisis, a simple "misunderstanding" would more than suffice.
